List of Accredited Providers of Professionalism Content
The Law Society approved an accredited provider framework for Continuing Professional Development (“CPD”) beginning in January 2014. Under this new policy, the Law Society will grant Accredited Provider of Professionalism Content status to those providers who are able to demonstrate a history of delivering quality legal training and education to lawyers and/or paralegals. Accredited Provider status allows education providers to deliver professionalism content in CPD programs and courses without requiring an individual application for each session or its instructors. The individual application process remains available for providers that do not meet the criteria for Accredited Provider status.
When looking for professionalism content to meet your CPD requirement from an Accredited Provider, remember to make sure the content aligns with the Accreditation Criteria for Professionalism Hours.
