It uses technological processes to guide users through a series of questions about their circumstances and create completed documents based on the information provided.

  • Doormat

    Doormat is a digital real estate closing service. Users have their ID virtually verified, upload the documents necessary for closing, interact with a Doormat lawyer who provides the required legal services, track the progress of their transaction and ultimately digitally sign the needed documents to close the transaction.

  • ImmInspect

    ImmInspect is an online proofreader for Canadian immigration applications. Using an algorithm to identify errors in immigration forms and documents, ImmInspect helps applicants avoid costly mistakes, provide complete applications and reduce the chance of a refusal.

  • eState Planner
    eState Planner is lawyer-created software that provides lawyers and professional advisors with tools to provide a better estate planning experience for their clients. With unique features that streamline client intake, reduce errors in will planning, facilitate collaboration between lawyers and advisors, and generate documents for lawyers, eState Planner provides a safer and more efficient estate planning process.

  • LegalWills
    LegalWills is an online platform offering tools and resources to make estate planning more accessible and affordable for Ontarians. Available in both English and French, the service prompts users to provide information about their specific situation and preferences. It then creates custom legal documents such as a will, Power of Attorney or living will, based on the user's input.

  • Incorporight
    Incorporight is an online platform for incorporation and corporate maintenance services. Users can create a new corporation, make changes, complete annual filings and more from the Incorporight platform. Incorporight uses blockchain technology to enhance the security of the platform and protect the corporations created on it from fraud and unauthorized activity.

  • ClearEstate
    ClearEstate is a web-based solution for estate planning, settlement and executor services.  Their suite of estate services includes the generation of testamentary documents, such as wills and powers of attorney; a platform that guides executors during the estate settlement process; and the facilitation of professional estate administration services.

  • Counselurdocs

    Counselurdocs assists Ontario entrepreneurs in drafting their shareholder agreements with an understanding of the terms of their agreements so they can make informed decisions for their businesses.
