The procedure for appealing a summary order is set out in Rule 20 of the Law Society Tribunal Rules of Practice and Procedure. Pursuant to section 49.36 of the Law Society Act, an appeal to the Appeal Division does not stay the summary order, unless on motion, the Appeal Division orders otherwise.
