Disability Initiatives

While society is gradually becoming more inclusive and accessible, systemic barriers to the full inclusion of persons with disabilities still exist. Some barriers are physical, such as the lack of a ramp to access a building, but most barriers are more subtle and may not be apparent. Barriers are often based on inappropriate stereotypes  and can be so deeply ingrained that they are almost second nature.

This page provides resources for licensees and legal workplaces to assist them in ensuring that their practice is inclusive of and accessible to people with disabilities.
