Audio Tours

audio tour photograph osgoode hallThe Law Society's series of heritage self-guided tours allow you to enjoy Osgoode Hall outside our regular tour calendar, all year round — no need to juggle your schedule or to meet minimum group sizes.

Download these free tours to your portable music player or other MP3-enabled device and discover this architectural gem on a private tour led by the Curator of the Law Society. If you don't have an MP3 player or if you prefer reading the text, transcripts are available as well.

The tour takes about an hour, including the time it takes to go through security. Each track corresponds to a different area of the building so you can choose to do the whole tour or focus on a single area.

The introduction and the fence tours can be done at any time. The courthouse, the Great Library and Convocation Hall can only be visited during business hours - Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you wish to see the inside of the courtrooms or visit the oldest part of the building (East Wing), you will have to join one of our guided tours or visit during the weekend of Doors Open Toronto, each year at the end of May.
